Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. This offer applies automatically at checkout. Free shipping is available for standard delivery only and cannot be combined with express or overnight shipping options. Use code LUMINZAA20 for 20% off your first order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at luminaretailllc@gmail.com.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Luminzaa has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order. If the package is returned due to a carrier error, we will reship the order at no additional cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Luminzaa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you believe your package has been lost in transit (no tracking updates for more than 7 business days), please contact us at luminaretailllc@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
