Refund policy

At Luminzaa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Opened beauty products can only be returned if they caused an allergic reaction or if the product is defective. Please include your order confirmation or receipt with your return.
The following items are non-returnable: gift cards, sale or clearance items, intimate or sanitary goods, and any product that has been used beyond initial testing (unless defective).

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at luminaretailllc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and further instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to us without first contacting us, as the return address may differ from the shipping address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at luminaretailllc@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at luminaretailllc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the defective or damaged item.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at luminaretailllc@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
