Where we ship

Lumina ships to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses. All orders are dispatched from Austin, Texas.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed after 2pm CT or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery times

• Free standard shipping on orders over $75 — typically 3–5 business days.
• Standard shipping on orders under $75 — rate shown at checkout, typically 3–5 business days.
• Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may take an additional 2–5 business days.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Fragrance shipping restrictions

Perfume is classified as a limited-quantity hazardous material, so it ships by ground and may not be eligible for some expedited services or for P.O. boxes with certain carriers.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, email luminaretailllc@gmail.com and we'll help resolve it with the carrier.
